Bayside executed the following tasks under this contract:

  • Industrial Cleaning and Lead-Based Paint (LBP) encapsulation

  • Removal and replacement of air plenum and adjoining paint booth walls in the Building 466 Paint Complex

  • Extend existing fall arrest system in Building 466 Paint Complex

  • Demolish, removed and dispose of an abandoned concrete tank and restore area to match Building 94 inside surrounding area. 

  • Abatement of LBP and encapsulation of the hangar doors for Building 460

  • Air monitoring during epoxy flooring installation within the concrete floor hallways for building 472 to ensure compliance with the San Diego Air Pollution Control Board (APCD) regulations

  • Removal and replacement of damaged and missing ceiling tiles in Building 472
